Wasted is a hugely experienced rock band which has been playing in venues across the south-east since 1998.

Formed from the ashes of another long-standing band, Alchemy, Wasted has built a strong following amongst those who enjoy classic rock and blues played with power, precision and feel.

The virtuoso guitar talents of Andy Harle are supported by a mighty rhythm section comprising Alan Ribchester on drums and Si Davies on bass.

The three piece format allows the band freedom of expression whilst retaining the original strengths of the songs covered. Excellent vocal harmonies top the whole thing off.

The band has its own state of the art digital mixing desk with clarity of sound ensured by an excellent PA system.

No expense has been spared by any member of the band in order to produce the best possible sound.

Alan Ribchester – drums/vocals

Alan is a hugely experienced drummer who has been playing in rock and blues bands since the 1970s. His technical prowess on the drums is matched only by his fantastic vocals, and to be able to do both at the same time is the mark of a fine musician. He plays Ludwig drums and cites John Bonham and Keith Moon as key influences on his playing.

Andy Harle – guitar/vocals

Andy has been playing in bands for 25 years, developing an accurate and melodic style of playing which places him apart from most of his peers. His solos are often beautifully constructed and tastefully played. He generally plays Schecter guitars and is influenced by – amongst others – Jimi Hendrix, Mark Knopfler and Richie Sambora.

Si Davies – bass

Si brings over 20 years’ worth of gigging experience to the band, having played in a variety of bands since his teens. His intense playing style gives the band depth and provides a powerful link between the drums and guitar. He plays Läkland basses with Ampeg amplification, first picked up a guitar because of Elvis and remains inspired to play the bass by Steve Harris and Jerry Scheff.
